One of our newest additions to our innovation toolkit is
PromptPA, our upcoming online Prior Authorization portal. Launching October 6, PromptPA will provide both providers and members with direct access to initiate and track PA requests. Providers can submit new authorizations and check the status of existing ones, while members will be able to monitor the progress of their own PAs—all through a simple, secure interface at truescripts.promptpa.com. A direct link to PromptPA will be available on our website for easy access.
