Amazing Care is listening to the members, assessing their need, and then fulfilling to the best of my ability. Amazing Care is taking the extra step to meet all of their needs, not just those they are calling about. The best way I can sum up Amazing Care is to say, “treat the caller better than how I want to be treated.”
