As a Member Care Representative I have the opportunity to help make a financial difference in someone's life. I know and understand the stress of going to the pharmacy and picking up an expensive prescription. If I can help lower that cost and make a necessary drug more obtainable, then my day is complete. I am so fortunate to be able to work for this wonderful company that truly cares for their members.
