TrueScripts serves to provide clinical support to the prescribers who treat our Members. By collaborating to deliver a comprehensive management approach to prescription drug therapy, we ensure that the patient receives the most cost and therapeutically effective solutions possible.

Prior Authorizations


To ensure that optimal solutions are achieved, TrueScripts may require a Prior Authorization (PA) to be submitted before a medication can be filled. Rest assured that, as a PBM with no pharmacy ownership, all PA requests are independent and unbiased.


To submit a Prior Authorization, please fill out our easy-to-use form below. The blue button allows you to submit the PA electronically and the green button is for manual submissions. For the quickest turnaround time, please submit your form electronically. Once all necessary documentation is received, TrueScripts will complete the PA process in 24 – 48 Business hours.
